1140-acre Master-Planned Community in Jefferson Invites Homebuyers to Explore Available Homes May 17 and 18

Jefferson, Ga., May 8, 2025 (For Immediate Release) – Traditions of Braselton announced today that it will play host to a special community-wide Open House Event May 17-18. During their visit to the sprawling 1140-acre community in Jefferson, prospective new neighbors are invited to explore available homes, remaining home sites, and two professionally designed model homes. A favorite destination among homebuyers, the address for Paran Homes’ model is 33 Backwater Lane. Pulte Homes will raise the curtain on its own model home – located at 3099 Traditions Way – marking the company’s official addition to the impressive roster of builders at Traditions of Braselton. Other builders – including Northside Commons Builders, BFT Construction, Park Stone Legends, Two Jimmys Construction, Royal T Homes, Brian Willis Homes, Apex Newco, Hillgrove Homes, and Premier Residential Builders – will all have completed homes on the tour. Some builders will offer special incentives the weekend of the Spring Open House. For instance, Hillgrove Homes will offer $10-$15K in closing costs on select homes with their preferred lender. The Spring Open House Event will take place Saturday, May 17, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, May 18, from 1 to 4 p.m.
