KLM Custom Homes is led by Kenney McKinney, a licensed General Contractor with nearly three decades of residential construction experience. After leaving the Marines as a Sergeant in 1998, Kenney came home and went directly into residential construction as a superintendent. He earned his General Contractor license in 2008—the very first year the state of Georgia began requiring builders to be licensed.

KLM Custom Homes builds premium homes throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia with a focus on solid construction, functional floor plans, quality materials, and finishes that add lasting value. Kenney stays personally involved throughout the building process rather than handing projects off to layers of management. In addition to nearly 30 years in residential construction, he has served as a firefighter for 25 years and currently holds the rank of Assistant Chief.
