The benefits of living in a lifestyle-centric, master-planned community like Traditions of Braselton are many. Beyond the beauty of the homes and setting paired with the warm Southern Hospitality of our neighbor base, the wealth of amenities is designed to enrich one’s health and well-being, as well as social connections. During Great Outdoors Month this June, it’s the ideal opportunity to shine a spotlight on our community’s resort-inspired amenity package and clubhouse, which serves as the literal heart of our neighborhood. Whatever brings you to our community – the search for a stunning new home, the quality of our schools, the excitement of the up-and-coming area where we are based – we hope the excellence of our amenities is what keeps you here! For anyone considering a move to Traditions of Braselton, we’ve compiled a list of six ways to get outside and PLAY in and around our community.
Our Swim Club
Set in the “backyard” of our sprawling Owner’s Clubhouse, the Junior Olympic-sized pool at Traditions of Braselton boasts lanes for swimming laps, a large lounge deck for catching rays while catching up with the neighbors, and a splash pad and waterslide for the little ones to enjoy some fun in the sun. Once you’ve unpacked your moving boxes, we look forward to seeing you out by the pool!
Our Tennis Complex
Showcasing ten night-lit tennis courts, a covered spectator pavilion with stadium seating between the courts, and an active ALTA league, there’s almost always a match or practice happening at our tennis complex. Our Director of Tennis, Ryan Kent, works diligently to foster a love of the game while building a vibrant sports community at Traditions of Braselton. As the former Tennis Coach at Jackson County High School, he’s well-equipped to help you perfect your serve, backhand, and more!
Our Pickleball Courts
With the skyrocketing popularity of pickleball sweeping the nation, Traditions of Braselton has added twelve lighted pickleball courts and a pickleball league to our amenity offerings. If you have yet to discover this lively, easy-to-learn sport, we look forward to the prospect of introducing you to its exciting blend of badminton, tennis, and table tennis.
Our Walking Trail
Tradition of Braselton’s 1,040 scenic acres provides the ideal setting for a winding nature trail. Tucked away in the pines that line Traditions Way, between Live Oak Drive and Sanctuary Drive, we have a shady nature trail that’s perfect for a leisurely early morning stroll before the heat becomes too intense.
Our Playground
For our neighbors with children, the playground between our swim club and tennis complex always offers a great destination where the little ones can play while the grown-ups get to know one another better. In addition to being a great physical and social outlet for kids and adults alike, it’s a healthy way to tucker out the rugrats before nap or bedtime as they swing, slide, and climb to their hearts’ content.
Our Fitness Center
With 24-7 access, you can bring that “Great Outdoors” spirit into the air-conditioned comfort of our Owner’s Clubhouse, where our state-of-the-art fitness center resides. Inside, you’ll find free weights and top-of-the-line cardio and strength-training machines to work virtually every muscle in your body. Get in shape on the treadmills and ellipticals while getting the latest news from your wellness-focused fellow neighbors. We even have a classroom with regular yoga sessions you can sign up for once you become an official Traditions of Braselton homeowner.
Even More Outdoor Fun Nearby
While our community is loaded with ways to enjoy the Great Outdoors, there is a treasure trove of additional options just around the corner. Adding to Traditions of Braselton’s many attributes, our position at the edge of the private Traditions Golf and Country Club proves alluring for golfers of all skill levels. A little further out, you’ll find the waterside nature trail at Mulberry Riverwalk, the wonderful community events on the Braselton Town Green and in Downtown Jefferson, and a picnic-perfect pavilion at the scenic Sells Mill Park. You can also explore the walking trails, tackle the playgrounds, enjoy youth sports, and get soaked at the splash pad, right next door to the community.
Of course, before you can begin checking all of the indoor and outdoor activities inside Traditions of Braselton, you’ll have to find the home of your dreams here!
